From a young age I’ve always challenged the boundaries from school to the various hobbies I have taken on. When I was looking for side hustles over the summer I stubbled upon ghost accounts on youtube, taking content creators original content and exploiting that video on you accounts, As a future patent attorney I saw this as an ethical dilemma. Looking into ways to stop this I saw that the frame and structure was there with Creative commons licensing but nobody to facilitate, so I stepped in.
Wanting to get expert opinion I took a trip to the Arnold Classic Expo where I interviewed various fitness influencers who have large followings and many years of experience. I was able to to gain a consensus from personal testimony that this was a problem. These ghost accounts where stealing their views and their livelihoods. That is where Content Locker was born
